A Reiki healing session is a gentle, non-invasive treatment in which a practitioner serves as a conduit for universal life force energy to flow to the recipient to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. During the session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the recipient’s body, allowing energy to flow to areas that need balance and healing. Reiki sessions are done to reduce stress, alleviate pain, encourage relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. 

As a high school teacher, I have a unique understanding of teenage energy and am attuned to their needs. This experience helps me connect with them on a level that supports their well-being. Reiki can help teens with mood, focus, attention span, anxiety and depression, productivity, alleviation of stress and overall health. Parents can either accompany their child into their session or they can consult with me virtually to give insight. I am comfortable with all levels of parent supervision or involvement and encourage the collaboration.

As a Practitioner with a long history struggling with repeat pregnancy loss (seven miscarriages), cumbersome and emotionally draining fertility treatments and the pain of potential infertility, Bethany is attuned carefully into the unique needs of women in this unique struggle. Through her study of Reiki, Bethany developed a special treatment session designed for healing the minds, body's and souls of the many women in this situation. A combination of intense reiki, guided meditation, journaling and manifestation healing ceremonies, the service would ideally occur over the course of five to ten sessions. Packages are available at a discount for those interested but the price below reflects one 90-minute session; a starting point in the process. 

Crystals can enhance a Reiki session by amplifying and directing the flow of healing energy. Each crystal has unique properties and vibrations that resonate with different energy centers, or chakras, in the body. By placing crystals on or around the recipient during a session, practitioners can target specific areas for deeper healing and balance.

A chakra alignment session is a holistic experience aimed balancing the energy centers of the body. During the session, a practitioner guides you through various techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, and gentle touch to help release blockages and restore harmony. You may feel a sense of relaxation and clarity as the energies flow freely, promoting overall well-being. Participants often leave the session feeling rejuvenated and more connected to their inner selves.

Unable to make it in person? Need to send Reiki to an ailing family member or grieving friend far away? Distance Reiki, otherwise known as Enkaku Chiryo Ho, is a practice that allows the transfer of Reiki energy to a recipient who isn't physically present. Or, receive a remote healing session from the comfort of your home. This technique is based on the understanding that energy transcends time and space, enabling practitioners to send healing to people, situations, or events regardless of location.
